Make sure that every item you return to us, is accompanied by a completely filled out RMA form. This form makes it easy to define the nature of the complaint, and it accelerates the processing of your request.

The granting of an RMA number is for the acceleration of the process and not a 100% guarantee for a trade-in or refund. This only happens after we’ve received the goods, and the assessment by the RMA department.
